SERVICES

Your dog is part of your life, but sometimes, it feels like you're speaking different languages.

The leash pulling, the barking, the overwhelm...or the weight of needing a service dog and not knowing where to start.

We get it. We’ve helped others through it, and we can help you too.

A service dog isn’t just a companion—it’s a life-changing partner.

With specialized, ethical training, we prepare service dogs to perform the tasks their handlers need most, from public access skills to alert and response work.

We’ll guide you through every step of the journey, ensuring your dog is confident, reliable, and ready to support you.

SERVICE DOG
TRAINING

Some dogs need more than basic training—they need confidence, patience, and tailored strategies to overcome fear, anxiety, or reactivity.

Our behavior modification programs are designed to address complex issues like overwhelm, resource guarding, or environmental triggers.

We’ll help you replace frustration with learning how to read your dog's body language, understanding and trust.

BEHAVIOR
MODIFICATION

Puppies are adorable—but they’re also little whirlwinds of energy and curiosity.

Whether you're still choosing your new companion or already have a pup at home, we’re here to help from the very start. Melanie can even accompany you to a shelter or breeder to help select a puppy that’s a great match. From there, our training programs guide you through early crate training, potty habits, socialization, and manners—building the foundation for a happy, confident dog.

PUPPY TRAINING

Life with a well-mannered dog feels easier—and a lot more joyful.

Whether your goal is better leash walking, reliable recall, or simply a calmer home, our family dog training programs are built around your family’s needs. Using positive reinforcement, we create a clear path to better communication and good habits.

For dogs with complex behaviors—like fear, reactivity, or separation anxiety—this package may not provide the support they need. We recommend our dedicated behavior modification program instead.

FAMILY DOG
TRAINING

Every great partnership starts with a single step. Whether you’re ready to begin training or just want to ask questions, we’re here to help.

Price Dependent on

Group Size

With just 3–6 dogs per class, our group lessons offer hands-on guidance and real results—whether you're building basics or advancing skills.

Great for: • Brushing up on leash manners or polite greetings • Reinforcing a routine after time away • Tackling small challenges with a new rescue • Occasional check-ins during service dog training • For more in depth support, please view our main packages. Please note: This 45-minute session is not intended for complex behavior issues like reactivity or anxiety. For those, a full training package is best. Let’s get you and your dog back on track—fast.

Great for: • Starting your puppy off right (potty training, socialization, setup) • Improving manners and obedience at home • Task training and service dog guidance Each 45-minute session includes: • Live video coaching tailored to your goals • Custom training plans for your dog and lifestyle • Support between sessions with video feedback • Written follow-ups and next steps • Everything included in our in-person training (with the exception of the clicker), plus additional virtual support. The first session runs about 75 minutes to allow time for a thorough intake and behavior assessment. Many assume virtual training should cost less than in-person, but it often requires more behind-the-scenes work. Since I can’t step in with your dog directly, you’ll send me videos for feedback, and I’ll provide demo videos, written resources, and extra guidance. Virtual training is effective because it combines live coaching with ongoing support between sessions. Please note: Dogs with reactivity, fear, or behavior concerns may benefit more from in-person support. We’ll evaluate fit during a free consultation.

Perfect for: • Puppies ready for early socialization • Dogs working on basic to intermediate obedience • Clients who want to train together with friends or create a custom group experience (you gather your group--I'll provide the training) Please note: Group lessons are not suitable for dogs experiencing reactivity, aggression, or significant anxiety. For those, we recommend private behavior modification training.
